Group History
Today in 2010, Atlas Business Group of Companies plc comprise four separate and individual
companies which were formed at different times, in different locations, each with an individual
focus around the common theme of helping businesses achieve their potential.
ABST – Atlas Business Systems & Technologies Ltd were newly formed in January 2010 to assume
responsibility for the existing customers and trading activities of the former Atlas Business plc.
All existing contracts remain in place and are fully supported by the new company.
C2 – C2 Business Networking Ltd comprise both the former C2 Internet Ltd and additionally will be
developing the business network management interests of Atlas Business plc. C2 were first formed in
2000 as an internet service provider and became a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlas Business at the
end of December 2008. All existing contracts remain in place and are fully supported by C2 Business
Networking.
RCSN – Redcliffe CSN Ltd were formed also in December 2008 and comprise a former dormant
subsidiary of Atlas boosted by the purchase of assets of Redcliffe Computers Ltd. Redcliffe Computers
were first formed in Leeds in 1984. The former directors of Redcliffe have transferred to Atlas both
as directors of the new Redcliffe and as main board directors of Atlas Business Group. All existing
contracts remain in place and are fully supported by Redcliffe CSN Ltd.
SJS – Sanders Jones (Scotland) Ltd were purchased by Atlas Business in December 2007 and continue
to operate from offices in Glasgow specialising in the support of existing customers in Scotland and
developing new local business. The former director of Sanders Jones remains in place and also sits on
the main board of Atlas Business Group.
